Weld-On #16 is a solvent to bond acrylic to acrylic. #16 is gel-based, and should be used sparingly, otherwise it can create craters with ugly air bubbles in seams. This 1.5 oz tube fits in tight areas. This can be used for mending a leak.

Surfaces should be clean and smooth prior to bonding. Worktime is a little over a minute, and should be used in a low humidity environment.

Allow solvent to cure for 24 hours before it is exposed to water.
