Melev's Tip: Replacing all filters regularly maintains the health of your aquarium, assuring that the water you add is pure. Whenever you replace the prefilters, write down the date as a reminder. I use a label maker and apply that date as a sticky label on the membrane housing so I know at a glance how old they are.
